What we do
The Bridging Project works with remarkable young undergraduates who have overcome the odds to gain places at top universities. We match up students with leadership development coaches who work to develop the skills they need to succeed at university and beyond.
Why we do it
Students from lower socio-economic and minority ethnic backgrounds are up to twice as likely to drop out of university, and less likely to achieve a ‘good’ degree. This is despite starting university with the same grades. We want this changed.
