Meet our coaches

“I want to be able to reconnect with why I got into education in the first place - that is, the transformational impact that education can have on individuals and their families.

For me, that process started at university. I want to share some of my own experiences as a first-gen student at Oxford.”

  • Charlie - Nottingham Lead Coach

‘I am an autistic woman with over three decades of professional experience. I have a profound belief in each person's extraordinary potential. I aspire to gently guide coachees towards a place of increased self-awareness, self-confidence, and, critically, self-respect.’

  • Essi - Cambridge Lead Coach

It truly is an honour to be their coach and part of this very important life transition for them.’
